Refund & Return Policy : 

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 10 days.

Return should be made within 3 days after receiving the product

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 4 days.

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.

Eligibility: Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery if shoes are unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Process:

Visit our returns portal.

Enter order ID + mobile/email, select items, and provide the reason.

Our team will initiate a pickup within 2–3 days; we assist until the return is complete.

Cost: Reverse-shipment ₹100 per pair.

Exchange Process:

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
